摘要
目的观察补肾中药活性成分对体外培养成骨细胞增殖和功能的影响。方法体外培养成骨细胞,观察补肾中药含药血清对成骨细胞增殖率和ALP活性的影响。结果补肾中药含药血清对成骨细胞增殖能力和ALP活性有增强作用。结论补肾中药活性成分对体外培养成骨细胞的增殖和功能有促进作用。
The aim of the study was to invest the effect on proliferation and function of osteoblast cultured in vitro with Shen-nourishing herbs active components. Methods: The response to Shen-nourishing herbs in drug serum was studied in osteoblast cultured in vitro.Osteoblast proliferation ratio and ALP activity were assayed. Results: It was evident the enhancement of Shen-nourishing herbs in drug serum on proliferation ability and ALP activity in osteoblast cultured in vitro. Conclusions: Shen-nourishing herbs active components had the effect on enhancing proliferation and function in osteoblast cultured in vitro.
