摘要 光纤干涉型传感器是由于外界信号作用到干涉仪上,引起干涉信号相位的变化,通过对相位的解调来反应外界信号。介绍了光纤干涉型传感器的结构及其原理,并对各种干涉型传感器的相位调制与解调技术的优缺点进行了分析。 Fiber optic interferometric sensor can measure the signals through the demodulation of phase since the external signal imposing on the interferometer will induce the phase change of interference signal . In this paper the structure and principle of several kinds of optic interferometric sensors are introduced and the advantages and disadvantages of their phase modulation and demodulation techniques are also evaluated.
