摘要
以结构-行为-绩效(SCP)范式为分析框架,从产业组织角度论述我国汽车工业的发展问题。认为我国汽车工业的市场结构属于行政管制条件下的寡头垄断;市场行为的竞争性不强,但在入世后呈加剧趋势; 市场绩效表现为较高的利润率和缓慢的技术进步。最后提出了放松政府管制等旨在实现有效竞争的产业组织政策建议。
Based on the theory of SCP, this paper examined the industrial organization of auto industry in China. The market structure is nearly oligopoly under government control. The extent of competition is not enough, though it becomes sharper after the entry of WTO. As for the market performance, the profit rate maybe high, but the technology innovation is not ideal. Finally, this paper gave some policy advices such as deregulation to achieve effective competition.
