摘要
以LAS、AES和6501为原料制备餐具洗涤剂,考察了增稠剂6501和NaCl用量及快洁素68用量对不同温度下产品粘度的影响。结果表明:适当的6501和NaCl用量,可以使产品的粘度在低温至中温区相对稳定。在产品中使用高分子增稠剂快洁素68,可以改变洗洁精的粘度特性:不仅能够提高洗洁精的粘度稳定性,而且可以将洗洁精出现最大粘度时的温度调整至中温区,低温区和高温区的粘度也较为适当。
Dishwashing detergent was prepared with LAS, AES and 6501. Factors that affected stability of viscosity to temperature of dishwashing detergents were discussed.The result shows that: the proper consumption of 6501 and NaCl can make the viscosity of the products relatively stable in the low temperature to the middle temperature district. The high polymer thickener,Kuaijiesu-68 can change the viscosity characteristics of dishwashing detergents:not only improved the stability of viscosity of detergent, but also adjust the temperature when the highest viscosity appeared to middle temperature district, low temperature district and high temperature district.
