摘要
分析和运用平衡记分卡的原理和基本结构,设计了基于改进型BSc结构的MIE绩效测评指标体系,进而从企业战略的视角,应用测定指标增量水平的方法,建立了量化评价制造企业实施信息化工程绩效水平的理论和方法,目的在于系统、科学地判定企业实施信息化工程前后的经营绩效变化,并通过对评价指标体系的量化运算值大小的界定,判定企业信息化工程的质量和水平。
The principle and structure of balanced scorecards(BSc)is analyzed and employed to design an evaluating index system for performance evaluation of manufacturing informatization engineering (MIE). The system is based on reformative BSc structure. From the point of view of strategy, this paper presents a method to evaluate performance of MIE by measuring the indexes increment, which finds the difference of enterprise performance before or after implementing MIE. The quality and levels of MIE performance can be tested by the index system.
