摘要
针对西藏林芝地区经济发展面临能源短缺的严重问题,根据当地1953~1975年降水资料,统计分析了尼洋河流域水资源状况,即流域平均降水量在1000mm以上,平均年蒸发量为1703.2mm,河流多年平均流量为558m3/s,平均径流模为33.3(L·s-1)/km2。在此基础上,提出了修建"八一"水电站及巴河梯级水电站等工程以开发尼洋河水利资源的措施,同时提出尼洋河的地形条件宜采取引水式开发。该流域水利资源的开发,将对促进林芝地区经济发展产生积极而深远的影响。
The economic development of Linzhi area of Tibet Autonomous Region faces the serious problem of energy shortage. Based on the hydrological observed data of this valley from 1953 to 1975, the average annual precipitation was over 1 000 mm, the average annual evaporation capacity (1 703.2 mm), logn-term average discharge 558 m^3/s and average run-off modulus (33.3) (L·s^(-1))/km^2. On the basis of these elementary information, the development plannings of water resources of building 'Eight-One' Hydropower Station, Bar River stepped power stations etc., are proposed, in which adopting diversion power stations on the Bar River are suitable. The scientific development of water resources of this watershed will generate profound influence to promote the economic development of the Linzhi area.
