摘要
按照党的十六届四中全会关于加强党的执政能力建设及高校党建工作的要求,本文探讨了高等教育从精英教育到大众化教育的转换时期高校学生党建工作的特点,并作了较为深入的分析及探讨,为努力把高校这块重要的思想政治教育阵地建设好。
According to the Party's requirement of strengthening the study of its building in colleges and universities put forward in the Fourth Plenary Session of the 16^(th) Central Committee, this article analyzes and discusses rather deeply the characteristics of Party building among college students during the time when higher education changes from genius education to public education in order to build well this important ideological educational base of colleges.
