摘要
随着水平井钻井技术的不断发展,用一口阶梯形水平井可以开发两个甚至多个连续薄油气藏、层叠状油气藏、断块油气藏,从而节约了钻井投资,提高了单井产能及采收率。分析了阶梯形水平井的设计特点,指出水平井段的优化设计是阶梯形水平井设计中的关键技术,并且常把过渡井段拐点处的井斜角作为待求参数之一,其优化设计结果有利于井眼清洁和降低钻柱摩阻。给出了二维和三维阶梯形水平井段的轨道设计方法,10个设计示例表明,该设计方法具有很好的科学性和实用性。
New advances in the horizontal drilling technology make it possible to penetrate two or much more continual thin reservoirs, faults and overlap ones by a step hole to reduce drilling cost and improve individual-well productivity and oil recovery. This paper analyzes the design features of a step-horizontal well, and presents that the optimizing design in a horizontal hole section is the critical technique in designing a step-horizontal well. In addition, the drift angle of flex point in transition section is one of parameters to be computed. A optimized well trajectory is in favor of hole cleaning and reducing drilling string frictions. Well trajectory design methods for two-dimension and three-dimension step-horizontal hole section are presented. Ten application samples show that the design method are scientific and practical.
