摘要
随着经济的发展和收入的提高, 人们的消费水平在显著上升, 随之而来的是消费结构的不断升级。笔者通过大量的统计数据, 利用计量经济模型, 针对北京城镇居民的消费现状和目前人们消费的主要特征, 系统分析了当前影响北京城镇居民消费结构的主要原因, 得出了系列很具有现实意义的结论, 并给出了合理化建议。
With the development of economic and the improvement of the income, people consumption level rise rapidly. And the level of consumption structure promotes to be higher continuously. In order to analyze the main reasons which impact the consumption structure of Beijing urban residents, the writers collect large quantity of dat of the main characteristics of people consume conditions to build econometric models. Finally, the writers draw many realistic conclusions and gives the acceptable proposal.
