摘要
喀什地区是新疆最大的粮棉基地之一,自然资源丰富,区内有喀什噶尔河与叶尔羌河两大水系,地表水资源丰富,但是径流量年内分布不均,导致水资源相对短缺,限制了本区工农业的持续发展。如何对地下水进行合理的开发利用,是本地区农业可持续发展的关键。在阐述喀什噶尔河与叶尔羌河流域地下水的埋深、富水性及水质变化规律的同时,依据水资源可持续利用原理,结合本区的水文地质条件,提出开发利用本区地下水的模式。
Kashgar Prefecture (35°20′~40°18′N, 73°27′~79°57′E) is located in southwest Xinjiang, it is about 530 km in length from south to north and 330 km in width from east to west, and its total area is 11 433 km 2. The annual precipitation varies in ranges of 40~63 mm in the plain regions and 100~150 mm in the low-and mid-mountain zones respectively, however, it can be up to 250 mm in the alpine zone above 3 500 m a.s.l. Kashgar Prefecture is one of the bases of grain and cotton production in Xinjiang, it is rich in natural resources, two stream systems of Kaxgar River and Yarkant River are located in the prefecture, the total volume of surface water resources in these two watersheds is 1.203 9×10 10 m 3, so the prefecture is rich in surface water resources, but the seasonal distribution of runoff is uneven, thus, it is relatively in shortage of water resources, and the sustainable development of industry and agriculture is restrained in Kashgar Prefecture. It is one of the keys for the sustainable development of agriculture in the prefecture how to rationally exploit and utilize groundwater. In this paper, some modes and measures are put forward for rationally exploit and utilize groundwater in the prefecture based on the principles of sustainable utilization of water resources and the regional hydrogeologic conditions while discussing the groundwater depth and the change of water volume and quality in the Kaxgar River and Yarkant River watersheds.
