云南省高蛋白地方小麦及“铁壳麦”种质资源抗条锈性的初步研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了从云南省地方小麦种质资源中发掘优异抗条锈材料,采用近年来国内主要流行小种条中31、条中32、水源11-14及Hybrid46-7、Hybrid46-8等,对37份高蛋白地方小麦(普通小麦)和23份特有小麦(云南小麦,俗称"铁壳麦")种质的抗条锈性进行了初步研究。结果表明,参试材料不同程度地具有很强的抗条锈性,全生育期表现免疫的占48.33%,仅成株期表现免疫的占18.33%,成株期表现中~高抗的占6.67%,具有慢锈性的占26.67%,说明这批优异抗锈种质可作为云南省小麦抗条锈育种的宝贵抗源材料。 In order to discover some high quality and (resistant) materials from local wheat germplasm (resources), and to transfer this good characters into cultivars, preliminary research on the (resistance) to stripe rust of wheat (resources) have been done. The results indicated that 48.33% of the (materials) (investigated) showed immune in all growing period,18.33% showed immune and 6.67% showed mid to high (resistant) at the adult stage, 26.67% showed slow rusting. The tested wheat germplasms by (inoculating) a mixture of CY 31 and 32,Shuiyuan11-14 and Hybrid46-7 and 46-8 included 37 local wheat varieties (Triticum (aestivum) L )of high protein and 23 endemic wheat varieties (Triticum (aestivum) ssp. yunnanense King). These good (resistant) germplasms can be used as materials of the breeding for resistance to stripe rust in Yunnan.
