摘要
目的分析钛合金烤瓷修复体临床应用效果。方法300例患者制作192个单位钛合金和258个单位镍铬合金烤瓷冠、桥修复体,观察修复体颜色、固位、颈缘密合度,18个月后再观察修复体颜色、菌斑指数、牙龈指数、颈缘染色、瓷折裂、继发龋情况。结果两组在颈缘染色方面差异有显著性,其余情况相似。结论钛合金烤瓷修复体的临床应用效果优于镍铬合金烤瓷修复体。
Objective To evaluate the clinical performance of titanium alloy porcelain restoration.Methods 450 cases were divided into two groups. 192 cases were Ni-Cr alloy group, and 258 cases were titanium alloy group. Two groups were observed at shade, retention and marginal fit immediately. After 18 months, shade, plaque index, gingival index, marginal color, porcelain defect and secondary caries were observed. Results There was no significant difference between two groups except in marginal color.Conclusion Compared with Ni-Cr alloy porcelain restoration, the clinical performance of the titanium group is better.
