颌骨软骨母细胞瘤3例 被引量：3

摘要 目的分析颌骨软骨母细胞瘤的临床病理特点。方法分别从患者性别、年龄、好发部位、临床表现、X线片表现、病理改变、鉴别诊断等方面对3例软骨母细胞瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果3例患者的X线片均表现为溶骨性破坏,组织病理检查示大量软骨母细胞大小不一,排列紧密而弥漫;软骨母细胞之间基质较少,可见少量软骨样基质且常伴钙化形成特征的“窗格样钙化”。结论颌骨软骨母细胞瘤需经组织病理确诊,临床上需与骨巨细胞瘤、骨母细胞瘤等鉴别。
