摘要
针对混凝土在空气中容易发生碳化而降低耐久性的问题,利用正交试验的方法,通过室内、室外试验,研制出了一种利用废旧塑料制成的环保型混凝土表面防碳化涂料。对防碳化涂料进行了全面的物理、化学性能测试,结果表明,该涂料造价低廉、性能稳定、防碳化能力强,是一种值得推广的产品。
It develops concrete surface anti-carbonization coating of environmental protection type by utilizing used plastics through orthogonal testing, indoor and outdoor tests in the light of the problem that concrete will be easily carbonized in the air and reduces the durability. The physical and chemical performances of anti-carbonization coating have been tested comprehensively. The outcome shows that the cost of coating is low, performance stable and the capability of anti-carbonization strong. It is a product of worth popularizing.
