摘要
通过现场检测及理论计算,分析了鄂州特大桥在施工过程中桥墩出现混凝土裂纹的原因,指出工程中因环境及施工工艺引起的温度变化而产生的混凝土拉应力是导致桥墩裂处混凝土裂纹的直接原因.同时,还提出了施工过程中出现温度变化的主要原因及应注意的问题和解决对策,对今后的施工可起到指导作用.
The phenomena that cracks emerged in the concrete of piers in a largescale bridge during construction is analyzed through onthespot detection as well as analytical computation. It is found that the main reason is the stress in concrete caused by temperature changes due to the construction techniques and changes of surrounding circumstance. Meanwhile, the corresponding measures to solve the problem of temperature change are proposed, which will be constructive in future projects.
