摘要
教学督导是教学质量保障体系的重要组成部分。本文结合教学督导工作的实践,从树立正确的督导理念,突出教学过程控制,实行督与导的有机结合以及加强督导队伍建设等方面谈谈南职教育教学督导探索与实践的体会。
Combining with our college's practice of teaching supervision, understanding of probe and practice of higher vocational education's teaching supervision is talked about from aspects of correctly building up supervision concept, making emphasis on teaching control and strengthening teaching supervision team construction.
