摘要
采用“铁炭微电解-厌氧-好氧”工艺处理抗生素制药废水,试验证明:在铁炭体积比为1:1,pH值为4~5、厌氧段HRT大于5h的条件下,当抗生素废水进水CODcr在2 0 0 0~80 0 0mg·L-1时,总COD去除率可达85 %以上,出水达到GB8978- 96二级排放标准。
Antibiotic wastewater was treated by microelectrolysis-UASB-MBR.The results showed that as to the volume ratio of iron and charcoal is 1:1,pH value is 4~5,the hydraulic retention time(HRT) of the anaerobic reactor is longer than five hours,the inlet wastewater with CODcr is between 2000~8000mg·L -1 ,the removal efficiency of CODcr is higher than 85%, and the outlet water treated by this process is quiet enough meet the wastewater discharge standard of GB8978-96.
