摘要 为了探讨半胱胺对宁乡猪肥育后期生产性能的影响,将48头宁乡猪随机分为3组,分别为试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组和对照组,每组2个重复,每个重复8头.试验Ⅰ组在对照组日粮的基础上每天添加半胱胺1次,剂量为100mg/kg体重.试验Ⅱ组在对照组日粮的基础上每5天添加半胱胺1次,剂量为100mg/kg体重.试验结果表明:试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组日增重分别较对照组提高17.08%(p<0.05)和11.04%(p<0.05);瘦肉率分别提高11.28%(p<0.05)和6.40%(p<0.05).结论:在宁乡猪生长肥育后期日粮中添加一定量的半胱胺可以促进其生长、提高胴体瘦肉率和改善肉品质. To study the effect of cysteamine on growth performance of finishing Ninxiang pigs,Forty-eight Ninxiang pigs were randomly divided into3 groups, GroupⅢ was fed with basic diet ,GroupⅠwas fed with basic diet+ 100mg.kg-1 cysteamine(CS) once every day and Group Ⅱ once five days. The results showed that the average daily gain in Group Ⅰincreased by 17.08%(p<0.05) and in Group Ⅱ by 11.04%(p<0.05) compared with Group Ⅲ respectively, The lean percent of carcass increased by 11.28%(p<0.05) and 6.40%(p<0.05) respectively .The results showed the dietary CS promoted growth, increased the lean meat and improved the meat quality .
