摘要
该文探讨了采用固定化微生物技术净化高浓度有机废水的多种方法,阐明各种固定化方法的各自所长。并指出包埋法是相对较好的一种方法,试验证明,海藻酸钙包埋法与戊二醛交联剂联用,效果更好,不仅使用周期延长,机械强度明显增大,而且其生物污泥脱氢酶活力相对稳定,有利于废水生物处理领域的推广应用。
In various methods of purity of high-concentrated organic waste water with solidified microbe technique, the combination of calcium glainate embedment with dialdehyde cross-linking agent will obtain better effects, not only there are longer service life and higher mechanical strength, but also dehydrogenase activity of bio-slurry is relatively stabilized.
