汞的超高灵敏显色反应及其应用 被引量:2

摘要 对Hg(Ⅱ)-tneso-4-(4-TMAP)P-DDMAA-Tween80超高灵敏显色体系的特性进行了研究。该显色体系在pH8.5~10.5的硼酸-氢氧化钠介质中最为适宜,显色体系最大吸收波长为450nm处。摩尔阳光系数ε450=4.8×105L/mo1·cm,试剂空白在450nm处时等于零。在ODMAA、Tween80条件下,Hg(2+)与rneso-4-(4-TMAP)P的组成比为1:1.在0~10ugHg(2+)/25m1范围内,服从比尔定律,回收率为98%~103%。此法已经应用于测定水和污水中的痕量汞。 The spectrophotometric propertles of Merctiry(Ⅱ)-meso-4-(4-TMAP)-DDMAA-Tween80 super high sensitive colour ligand system were studied.The system has its absorption maximum at 450 nm with the range of pH8.5-10.5 boric-acid-sodium hydroxide medium, while the molaf absorptrivety is 4.8 x 105L/mo1.cm and the blank correction at 450 nm approaches to zero,The composition ratio-is Hg(2+): meso-4-(4-TMAP)p=1:1(in the presence of DDMAA and TweLtn80). Beer,s law is obeyed for Hg tn the range of 0-10ug Hg/25 m1,the recoverv effici-encv were 98%103%.The method has been used for determination of trace rnercury in water and wastewater.
