摘要
灯光环境建设对城市发展、构建和谐社会具有重要的意义。结合安徽省会城市合肥的实际,以人为本、因地制宜,进行科学规划,以灯光环境建设促进合肥的发展,提高其文化含量和科技含量。
Illumination decoration is of great significance to urban development and building-up of a harmonious society. Based on the fact that Hefei is the capital city, a people-oriented illumination decoration system, should be integrated, in accordance with the real situation, with scientific designing,cultural representation and scientific and technical features.
