摘要
硒是人体必需的微量元素之一,在机体有广泛而重要的生理功能其最主要功能是抗氧化功能,此外还可以促进机体免疫功能、调控基因表达、促进机体基础代谢、减弱微量元素的毒性。参与多种疾病的发生发展,尤其与心血管疾病、糖尿病、肿瘤及艾滋病等密切相关。因此硒在人类健康中的重要地位开始被人们所重视。
Selenium is one of the essential microelements in human body, and has important physiological functions: it's most important function is anti-oxidation, besides, it could accelerate the immunity function, control the expression of genes, promote the basic metabolisms, weaken the toxicity of microelements. It is also correlated with many disease's development and advances, especially cardiopathy, diabetes, tumour and AIDS. So selenium has crucial roles in human health.
