摘要
通过对碳化反应速率影响因素的研究,计算出反应的活化能,推断出了碳化反应的机理———Ca(OH)2碳化属扩散控制过程,而Mg(OH)2碳化则为化学反应控制过程,并给出碳化反应的双膜理论模型。对确定最佳碳化反应条件,实现钙、镁分离具有理论指导意义。
The factors affecting the reaction rate of the carbonation of dolomite slurry were studied, and the activation energy of the reactions was worked out. On the basis of the above conclusion, the reaction mechanism was deduced preliminarily, that is,the carbonation of Ca(OH)_2 is a proceso of diffusion control while the carbonation of Mg(OH)_2 is a proceso of chemical reaction control. The theoretical car bonation reaction model was established,and it is significant in determining the optimum condition for carbonation reaction and implementing the seperation of Ca(OH_2) and Mg(OH_2).
