摘要
行星变速箱设计过程中,在挂接不同挡位时,各挡功率流向是否合理,是否存在封闭功率流,是必须解决的问题。现有解决方法是采用三角形分析法,此方法存在一些不必要的分析步骤。利用行星变速箱各挡分析过程中前期确定的各构件扭矩、回转角速度等参数,提出了节点分析法。与三角形分析法比较,该方法具有形象、直观、易于理解的特点,能够迅速、准确地确定行星变速箱的功率流大小及流向。
When designing a planet gear box, in the case of gear shifted, the power must be analyzed to make sure if there are unreasonable and inner circle power. At present, triangle method is in used, but the way has some unnecessary process, such as triangle map, force map, and so on. Prior fixed components' torsion and speed were utilized here and we developed a node way to solve this problem. Compared with the triangle method, the new way has the traits of visualizing, intuition, easy understanding, swift and nicety to determine the power currents and its direction of the planet gear box.
