摘要
目的检测人角膜组织中是否有雄激素受体(androgenreceptor,AR)、雌激素受体(estrogenrecep-tor,ER)和孕激素受体(progesteronereceptor,PR)的表达。方法用逆转录聚合酶链反应(reversetranscriptase-polymerasechainreaction,RT-PCR)的方法检测人眼角膜组织中性激素受体蛋白mRNAs(AR,ERα,PR)的表达,用免疫组织化学技术(immunohistochemicaltechnique)来定位这些受体。结果人眼的角膜组织中检测到性激素受体的mRNAs,角膜上皮细胞的细胞核中免疫组化染色阳性。结论性激素受体在人的角膜组织中被发现,提示这些性激素可能与角膜组织中的受体结合来直接影响角膜的生物学功能。
Objective To investigate the expressions of androgen receptor (AR), estrogen receptor(ER) and progesterone receptor( PR) in human cornea. Methods Reverse transcriptase- polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) was used to examine sex hormone receptors mRNAs(AR, ERα,PR) in human cornea. The immunohistochemical technique was used to localize these receptors in human cornea. Results mRNAs encoding all these receptors were found in human cornea, immunohistochemical examination revealed that the immunostain of the nuclei of corneal epithelial was positive. Conclusion Expression of those sex hormone receptors in human cornea suggests that sex hormones may influence the biological function of cornea by direct interaction with specific hormone receptors.
