MAPK信号转导途径及其在神经系统疾病中作用的研究进展 被引量:12

摘要 丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)信号转导途径是真核生物细胞重要的信号转导通路,受多种因素的调控,作用底物多样,并在中枢神经系统广泛表达。研究发现,MAPK途径广泛参与多种神经系统疾病发生发展的过程。在缺血性脑卒中,MAPK通过不同的机制参与脑缺血早期病理生理机制的信号传递;该通路还可能通过影响苔藓纤维重组、突触重塑等机制参与癫痫的发病;在阿尔茨海默病中也发现MAPK的活化可调整神经元存活以及异常tau蛋白的磷酸化。
