摘要
为探索固定双上肢悬挂致死的死因及其死亡机理,本研究对10只家兔进行案例的模拟实验及血气分析.实验结果表明:实验动物悬挂一段时间后开始出现紫绀、呼吸困难、呼吸停止,继而心跳停止、实验后与实验前相比,PH值、PaO2、HCO3-、BE水平明显下降(P<0.05,P<0.01);PaCO2、K+、Ca2+水平明显升高(P<0.01).这说明其死因属窒息死.其死亡机理为固定双上肢悬挂后,呼吸肌协调失常致呼吸衰竭死亡.
Cause and mechanism of death from hanging with arms bound of 10 rabbits were studied by blood gas analysis. Resuits indicated ahat remarkable changes of PH, PaO2,PaCO2, HCO3-, BE-B, K+ and Ca2+ occured as compared with those before the experiment. Respiratory arrest was found before heart arrest. Authors believed that death was due to an unsual form of asphyxia. The weight of the body intrerfered with movement of the intercostal muscles resulting in diaphragmatic breathing. Over a prolonged time,this would lead to impaired respiration and asphyxia.
