摘要
日常烧伤病人中小儿烧伤甚为常见，由于小儿的解剖生理特点，在治疗过程中存在困难较大。本文介绍用湿润暴露疗法治疗小儿烧伤的临床经验和治疗效果，特别提出治疗小儿Ⅲ度烧伤的困难和治疗要点，肯定湿润暴露疗法治疗小儿烧伤的显著优点和良好效果，同时强调全身综合治疗的重要性。
Burn children are more difficult to cure because oftheir anatomical and physiological characteristics.This paper introduces the experience and therapeuticresult in treating burn children with moist exposedtherapy. The authors point out the difficulties intreating third degree burns. Using MEBO and moistexposed therapy in burn children, the results werevery satisfactory. At the same time, the authors alsostress the importance of general systemic treatment.
