摘要
烧伤复菌败血症文献报道较少。我院烧伤科1981～1992年共收治203例，占同期败血症总数的39．88％，其死亡率为47．78％，为烧伤败血症的主要类型。本文对复菌败血症发生和预后的相关因素进行了分析，并提出了预防和治疗途径。
203 burn patients with multi- microorganismsepticemia were treated in our hospital from 1981 to1992. The cases accounted for 39. 88% of the totalnumber of burn patients in the period. The mortalitywas 47. 78 %. Multi -microorganism septicemia was amain class of burn septicemia. The inducing causesand the prognosis of the septicemia were analyzedand the precautions in the treatment were discussed
