摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备钡铁氧体BaLaxFe12-xO19,对其微波吸收特性进行了研究,在10~12.5GHz频率范围,x取值不同,吸收特性不同.在x=0.15,样品厚度为3.0mm时,最高吸收峰为18.381dB.测试结果表明,添加适量的La3+会提高钡铁氧体的吸波性能.
Barium ferrite is prepared by sol-gel method ,and the microwave absorption properties of BaLa_xFe_(12-x)O_(19) are studied .The absorption properties change with doping content x in the frequency rang of 10~12.5 GHz,the optimal absorption can be achieved when x=0.15 and the coat thickness equals 3.0 mm.The maxium absorption peak is 18.381 dB.It′s found that the absorption properties of barium ferrite increas with the proper addition of La^(3+).
