摘要
科斯的产权理论为中国经济体制转轨过程中的产权问题提供了理论方法和研究工具,特别是对于中国国有企业改革和建立现代企业制度及保护私人产权等有着深刻的影响。然而,科斯的产权理论存在一些这样或那样的理论缺陷,使得我们在产权改革中不能完全照抄照搬。
Koth property right theory has provided theoretical method and research medias for the property problem in the turning process of China economic system, and especially it has a deep influence on reforming China state wned enterprises and building modern enterprise system as well as protecting individual property right and so on. However, there are some theoretical deficiencies in Koth property right theory, so we should not completely use it in our reformation.
