摘要
本文从成人教育的概念界定入手,厘清了成人教育和职业教育的关系,从教育的性质、功能与价值取向上,给成人教育以科学定位。在此基础上,从多维度、多层面,明确指出了成人教育必须发展创新,以及创新的思路和内涵。
Starting with definition of concept about adult education, the paper clarifies the relationship between adult education and vocational education, and gives adult education a scientific location in fields of character, function and value orientation of education. On this basis, it points out clearly in poly-dimensionality and poly-lay that adult education must develop and innovate, as well as train of thought and meaning of innovation.
