摘要
为了研究铸造亚共晶铝硅合金熔体的熔剂喷次处理过程的最佳状态,本文分析了在较小氮气流量下形成的鼓泡模型和在较大氮气流量下形成的射流模型的动力学。在分析的基础上,通过对两种物理模型处理效果的比较得出:射流模型优于鼓泡模型,是熔剂喷吹处理的最佳状态。
In order to study the optim state of flux injection treatment Process of Al-Si alloy melts of hypoeutectic composition, the investigations have beencarried out on the dynamics Of both the bubbling model formed under relatively low flow rate of nitrogen gas and the jetting model formed under relatively high flow rate of nitrogen gas. By comparison between the two modals,it is concluded that the jetting model is better than bubbling model and theoptimum state of the flux injection treatment process is jotting model.
