摘要
科技型企业中员工的创造性、主动性对于企业绩效成明显的正相关关系,因此如何激励他们为企业的发展贡献出自己的潜力显得十分重要。而宽带薪酬的应用可以为具有扁平化组织特征的科技型企业提供更有效的激励。
The performance of S & T enterprises is positively correlated to the creativity and activeness of employees. How to encourage employees to contribute to enterprises is of great significance. It is pointed out that enterprises with flat architecture can achieve good incentive effect by broadband classification and compensation program.
