摘要
研究了Mg合金元素在Al-Cu-Mn高强度铸造合金中的作用及对其组织、性能的影响。发现,加入适量Mg时,具有明显地提高合金的塑性、耐蚀性、固溶淬透性和改善摩擦性能等有利作用。文中还分析了Mg在合金中的存在形式和作用原理。
The role and effects of Mg on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-Cu-Mn high-strength forndry alloy have been studied. It is fornd that the suitable amounts of Mg agged to the forndry alloy obviously increase the toughness, corrosion resistance and solid solution quenching degree and wear resistance.The form and role of Mg existing in the Al-Cu-Mn foundry.alloy is also discussed.
