摘要
分离出一株能利用魔芋飞粉和魔芋精粉生产β-甘露聚糖酶的解淀粉芽孢杆菌(Bacillusamyloliquefaciens)R10。其摇瓶最适发酵条件为:魔芋飞粉1%(m/m),魔芋精粉2%(m/m),160r/min,37℃培养10h。实验结果表明β-甘露聚糖酶的最适作用温度为60℃,最适作用pH为6.0。魔芋葡甘露聚糖经酶降解后为一系列低聚糖。
A strain producing extracellular β-mannanase which was capable of hydrolyzing konjac glucomannan and konjac flying powder was screened. It was identified to be Bacillus amyloliquefaciens and named R_(10). The activity of mannanase in the culture reached the maximum after 10 hours fermentation. The optimal fermentation conditions were as follows: konjac glucomannan 2%, konjac flying powder 1%; the optimal temperature for the β-mannanase was 60 and optimal pH was 6.5. The β-mannanase from R_(10) hydrolyzed konjac glucomannan to mixture of oligosaccharide.
