摘要
依法治国和高等教育体制改革给高等学校学生管理工作带来了新的挑战,这要求我们必须全面、客观地认识高校和学生之间的法律关系,认真分析当前学生管理工作中存在的法治缺陷及各种新现象和新问题,并不断思考、探索其对策。
At present,a new challenge has been brought to student's management in university with the reform of high education and the process of rule of law,which requires us to objectively analyze the legal relation between university and students,various kinds of new phenomena and new problems existing in student's management in an all-round way,and so on. And we also have a need to constantly think and explore its countermeasures.
