摘要
使用专家系统工具CLIPS(CLanguageIntegratedProductionSystem)开发了钢卷装炉优化组合专家系统,并使用VC++对所开发的系统进行了封装,改善了专家系统的人机交互能力.将专家系统与遗传算法相结合,用遗传算法优化专家系统知识库中事实的声明顺序,使专家系统的寻优能力加强.使用退火生产现场实际数据进行仿真表明提出的专家系统优化效果明显,提高了退火车间的钢卷装炉效率.
An expert system for automatic combination of stacks of steel coils in a batch annealing shop is developed by using expert system tools CLIPS. VC++ is used to encapsulate the system and improve the ability of man-machine conversation. The expert system also combines a genetic algorithm for increasing optimizing capacity. A simulation test by using production data shows that the expert system proposed in this paper has better optimizing ability and increases the combination efficiency of stacks of steel roll.
