摘要
根据图形显示领域的实现技术和电力系统建模手段,结合电力企业信息化、网络化的需求,提出了基于SVG的公共信息交互平台设计方案,阐述了设计思想和系统工作流程。具体描述了公共信息交互平台的结构、功能特点,以及其组成部分即公共图形库、公共信息模型库、图形交互平台的运作方式。
According to the implementing technology of the graphics display and modeling measure of power system, by considering the requirements of informatization and networking of power utility, a design scheme of the common information interaction platform based on SVG is proposed. The paper expatiates on its design thought and working principle. The frame and the functions of the common information interaction platform are detailed. Its common graphics database, common information model database and the operation of graphical interaction platform are discussed.
