摘要
目的:建立白花蛇舌草中熊果酸的含量测定方法.方法:薄层扫描法.结果:熊果酸在948～4 740 ng范围内有良好的线性关系,Y=1 519.107+3.449X,r=0.998.结论:本方法简便,可靠,精密度高,稳定性好,能快速测定白花蛇舌草中熊果酸的含量,可用于白花蛇舌草及其制剂的质量控制.
Objective:To establish the method for the determination of the content of ursolic acid in Herba Hedyotidis Diffusae.Method:Thin layer chromatogram scanning.Result:Between 948 ng and 4 740 ng ursolic acid assumed fine linear correlation,Y= 1 519.107 +3.449X,r=0.998.Conclusion:This method is simple,reliable,accurate and stable,and therefore can be used to determine the content of ursolic acid in Herba Hedyotidis Diffusae and in the quality control of Herba Hedyotidis Diffusae and other preparations.
