摘要
分析了ERP绩效评价的目标、原则和服务对象,提出了直接测量效益的绩效评价方法,采用平衡计分卡构建了评价指标体系.通过实例说明了模糊层次评价算法在ERP系统实施绩效评价中的应用.
A new ERP performance measurement model was presented based on the analysis of objects and principles of ERP evaluation. The model's application procedure under Fuzzy Hierarchy Process is shown by an example.
