摘要
为避免桡动脉插管后并发栓塞提供解剖学资料,用游标卡尺测量了32具尸体共64侧的桡动脉近腕部直径及分支起点,并对其中16具共32侧桡动脉用显微镜测微尺测量了内、外径。桡动脉在平桡骨茎突处和距茎突上5cm处的外径分别为3.21±0.62mm和3.06±0.57mm,P>0.05。管壁厚度分别为0.59±0.16mm和0.50±0.12mm,P<0.02。腕掌支和掌浅支起点在桡骨茎突上方11.55±5.94mm。结果提示:桡动脉插管时穿刺针直径应在1.266±0.38mm范围内,进针部位在桡骨茎突近侧23.2~50mm处为宜。此外,对穿刺方式。
Embolism often happens after radial artery cannulation.In order to provide anatomic data for avoiding the complication,the authors gauged diameters and branch origins of 64 radial arteries of 32 cadavers near their wrists with vernier calipers.They also gauged 32 radial arteries internal and external diameters of 16 cadavers under stereoscopic microscope with an eyepiece micromter.On the level of radius styliod process,radial artery average external diameter was 3.12±0.62mm.On the level of 5 cm above styloid process,radial artery average external diameter was 3.06±0.57mm,P>0.05.On the two levels,vesser wall thickness was respectively 0.59±0.16 mm & 0.50±0.12mm,P<0.02.The starting points of palmar carpal branch and superficial palmar branch were on level of 11.55±5.94mm above stylion process.The results indicated that diameter of puncture needle should be in 1.266±0.38mm when radial artery cannulation was made and the puneture point should be on 23.2~50mm above styloid proeess.In addition,puncture ways and angles were discussed in the paper.
