美国青少年体育赞助已经形成一整套成熟的机制,它促进了美国青少年体育的普及和发展,激励了体育后备人才的成长。学校体育与体育赞助的有机结合,是美国体育后备人才保持长盛不衰的一个重要因素。这种独具特色的青少年体育人才培养机制,对于我国青少年体育人才的培养具有重要的借鉴价值。
This article probes into the positive role played by sport sponsorship on American youth sport talents.The American enterprises promote the development of youth sport and encourage the growth of sport reserve talents by means of sponsoring highly competitive youth sport games and promoting the popularization of youth sport.The sponsorship also brings about considerable economic benefits for the enterprises themselves.The perfect combination of school sport and enterprise sponsorship is an important factor contributing to the long-time thriving of American sport reserve talents.In the condition of socialist market economy,this kind of effective interaction between schools enterprises can provide some inspirations for our country's youth sport talent cultivation.
