摘要
提出了利用餐饮业废油脂生产生物柴油的方法工艺,并且根据碱催化甲醇酯化反应机理提出了甲醇酯化反应的动力学模型,对甲醇酯化制取生物柴油的反应动力学进行了模拟,得到一种与实际工艺非常吻合的模型。
The method of preparing biodiesel by waste oil from restaurant was studied. According to the mechanism, the kinetics model of alkali-catalyzed methanol transesterification was established, and by simulating the reaction kinetics , an effective model was gained which was very fit for this practice.
