摘要
本文针对我国黄河涵闸控制自动化程度不高的弊端,阐述了主要针对涵闸控制的黄河下游远程监控系统(山东济南段)的设计思想和原则;系统结构、软硬件设计方法及其功能。
In order to overcome the defects of the low-level automation of present sluice gates control on Yellow River, this paper studied the design concept and principles of remote supervision and control system on downstream of Yellow River. It also studied the system structure, the design method of hardware and software and their function.
