摘要
介绍了一种新型的永磁直线电机,该种电机的特点是单线圈激励,动子可双向运动;励磁电流较小,电磁推力较大;电磁时间常数较小,动态响应较快。文章运用磁路法和有限元法来分析计算这种永磁直线力电机的电磁推力-位移特性,两种方法下得到的结果基本一致,证明了磁路法的正确性和简单性。
A novel permanent magnet linear force motor is presented in this paper. It has many advantages such as single winding, two moving directions, high output force, small electromagnetic time constant, fast dynamic response.Using magnetic circuit method and finite element analysis a permanent magnet linear force motor is analyzed to obtain the static force -displacement characteristic.The results calculated by the two methods are the same. It shows that the analytic formulas deduced by magnetic circuit method are correct and simple.
