摘要
针对吐哈油田泥页岩地层特点,对无机钾盐及其高分子聚合物泥浆体系进行了室内评价试验和现场应用。结果表明,无机钾盐(K^+)浓度为15~30g/L时,对泥页岩的抑制性最强,用无机钾盐对付以伊—蒙混层和伊利石为主的硬脆性页岩垮塌最为有效,而高分子聚合物包被剂可延缓蒙脱石的水化膨胀、分散和造浆。现场应用证明:钾盐聚磺泥浆体系可基本满足吐哈油田易塌地层的防塌要求。
Against the special point of Turpan - Hami area , potassium polymer mud is adopted . Tests indicate that polymer mud with 15 to 20 g/L potassium ion can reach the best inhibiting property and it is the most effective method to solve the hole collapse problem encountered in this area .
