摘要
文章基于3.5轴数控铣床,利用螺旋线展开的平面曲线编程,分层切削,加工出变螺距螺纹;再采用粘结分离工艺,简单、巧妙地解决了叶片分离加工中叶片易变形、内孔精度易丧失的问题。以上工艺方法对加工变螺距螺杆同样具有重要参考价值。
Programming by the plane curve unwrapped from the helix curve and cutting layer by layer, we created the variable pitch screw on the 3.5 axis NC milling. To solve the deformation and accuracy problem in the inner hole machining, we utilized stitching and partition process. Also the technique has important value on the machining of variable pitch screw.
