^(99m)Tc-HL-91乏氧显像监测放疗前后肿瘤乏氧状态的动物实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨99mTc-HL-91乏氧显像在放疗中动态监测肿瘤乏氧状态的可行性。方法将10只荷人肺腺癌裸鼠在X线照射前后分别进行99mTc-HL-91乏氧显像,进行图像的肉眼观察和注射显像剂1h、2h和4h的T/NT(肿瘤/非肿瘤)比较。结果X线照射后,肿瘤显示区域较照射前缩小。照射前,2h和4h的T/NT高于1h;照射后,4h时T/NT低于1h和2h。结论99mTc-HL-91乏氧显像可以对荷瘤裸鼠肿瘤部位放疗过程中的乏氧状态进行动态监测,可能成为临床上无创监测放疗中肿瘤部位乏氧状态的有效方法。 Objective To evaluate hypoxic status of tumor pre and after radiation with ^(99m)Tc-HL-91 image. Methods ^(99m)Tc-HL-91 images were taken separately pre and after X-ray radiaton in 10 nude mice bearing h-uman lung adenocarcinoma cell. All images at 1,2,4h after injection of ^(99m)Tc-HL-91 were analysed with ratios of T(tumor)/NT(contralateral region). Results The size of tumor became smaller after X-ray radiation. The ratios of T/NT at 2,4h increased than that at 1h before X-ray radiation .The ratios of T/NT at 4h decreased than that at 1,2h after X-ray radiation. Conclusion The hypoxic status of tumor can be indicated with ^(99m)Tc-HL-91 image in nude mice bearing human lung adenocarcinoma cell pre and after radiation. It may be a feasible way in indicating hypoxic status of tumor in clinic in future.
