轻中度肥胖症对非吸烟成人肺功能影响的研究 被引量:15

摘要 目的通过对正常体重和患轻中度肥胖症的非吸烟成人的肺功能测定,探讨肥胖症对成人肺功能的影响。方法94例非吸烟成人,正常体重组22例,超重组24例,中度肥胖组48例,进行常规肺功能测定。结果中度肥胖组1秒钟用力呼气容积占预计值百分比、1秒钟用力呼气容积占用力肺活量比值、50%肺活量时最大呼气流量占预计值百分比、最大通气量占预计值百分比、功能残气量占预计值百分比和肺总量占预计值百分比均比正常体重组的相应指标显著降低(P<0.05);中度肥胖组的呼吸道总黏性阻力占预计值百分比较正常体重组显著升高(P<0.05)。结论中度肥胖可导致限制性肺通气功能损害、小气道病变和气道总阻抗升高。 Objective To observe the impacts of obesity on pulmonary function in non-smoking adults.Methods 94 cases of non-smoking aldults were included and divided into three groups according to body mass index,ie,normal weight (22 cases),mild obesity (24 cases) and moderate obesity (48 cases).Pulmonary function test (PFT) was underwent.Results Function residual volume of subjects with mild obesity was reduced significantly (P<0.05) compared to the subjects with normal weight.Compared to those with normal weight and mild obesity,subjects with moderate obesity expressed significant lower forced expiratory volume in one second,the ratio of forced expiratory volume in one second to forced vital capacity,forced expiratory flow at 50% vital capacity,maximal voluntary ventilation,functional residual capacity and forced vital capacity (P<0.05).Meanwhile total respiratory resistance increased significantly in the subjects with moderate obesity (P<0.05).Conclusion Moderate obesity may relevant to lung volume restriction,small airway obstruction and increased total respiratory resistance.
